This review is for coach Nate, and what can I say, he really taught me a lot about working out and how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle. I started training with coach Nate in April of 2023, and after 3 months, my physique looked 10x better. I came in not knowing how to do exercises properly, had elbow pain from a dislocation years back, and did not know how to eat healthy and gain weight. Coach Nate told me exactly what to eat and what I needed to do to gain muscle mass. In 3 months, I gained over 8-10 pounds with Nate, and I felt stronger than compared to day 1. Coach Nate also helped me resolve my elbow issue by incorporating exercises to help with the elbow pain and help build strength in my injured elbow. Fast forward to now, and I have gained about 20 pounds while training with coach Nate. In April of 2023, I weighed 150 pounds, and now, in March of 2024, I am 173 pounds. Coach Nate has helped me exceed expectations I never thought I could reach. I came in looking very skinny and tall and not knowing how to put on weight and do exercises correctly. Coach Nate has helped me hit PRs on my deadlifts, squats, and bench presses. I started only being able to deadlift 100 pounds, and my PR now is 225 pounds. Coach Nate has helped me hit my fitness goals and made me love working out, and I can't thank him enough. Everyone needs to train with coach Nate; he will get you right and in shape

Nate is a amazing trainer. He knows exactly what he's talking about when speaking fitness. Very engaged with his clients as well. He'll be the the first to cheer you on when you do a PR. I've gone to other trainers in the past and are nothing compared to him. He won't cheat you or make you do some outrageous workouts. Very simple and straight to the point. When I first started training with him I was 106lbs and 4 months in I was 115lbs. I didn't think it was possible for me. If you are considering training with him, DO IT! You won't regret it. Definitely worth it.

I found Nate around six months ago; today, I feel like a new person.
I came to Nate, having retired from collegiate cross country. I was experiencing pain when running long distances and barely had any strength on me. On the first consultation (which is free!) we talked about my goals and walked through a few exercises focusing solely on form. My goal was to build muscle and improve my strength. During that first session, Nate showcased how knowledgeable and cool of a guy he was. As we walked through each exercise, Nate made sure to focus on the quality of the reps. By the end of the consultation, I was shocked at how much of a difference I had already felt in the exercises I was performing due to the improvement of form.
Today, I am feeling stronger than ever and running pain-free! I've built several pounds of muscle while lowering my body fat percentage by a bit! Coach Nate will push you to be a better version of yourself. You can ask him anything regarding training or nutrition, and he will share with you an abundance of his knowledge. Where do I even start.
I joined with Nate about 6 months ago now, and as of today I feel like a new man. Day one we talked closely about my personal goals and what I was going for( I said I wanted to look like a Greek god by the time our contract was up)He was very easy to talk to and was able to give me a realistic idea of what we could accomplish, and I was all over it. He's one of the few coaches out there that isn't here for the money, he aims for quality coaching! So many coaches and trainers strive for the amount they make a month and Nate could care less, he truly wants to change lives. Everyday we trained was literally me being educated on something, there was never a day that wasn't a learning experience. That's what your paying for. Quality coaching because 99% of you aren't training the proper most efficient and effective way for your body. Nate is a guru in this field and had only top tier mentors to train him over the years. We train hard and he ALWAYS holds me accountable. On days I was too sleepy to come in he'd still hound me to come in and hold me accountable which was something I didn't appreciate until down the line. Me and Nate became more than just a trainer and client, I consider him a good friend, and I hope our friendship lasts, not only is he a excellent trainer and the best trainer at whatever gym he's at, but he's someone to talk and rant to while you push that weight! He's honestly a coach all around, life advice, training, anything you can think of. I've never felt so healthy and fit in my life. Our contract was only for 6 months and my initial goal was to jumpstart my fitness journey and then utilize that training to go on and do my own thing but you simply can't get any better and for that I plan on continuing. It's quality only with Nate! My results speak for themselves and if your looking for a trainer I simply won't recommend anyone else. Whether you wanna get buff, or your a female trying to get a nice booty, or someone just starting out, he caters to everyone! A very versatile trainer for the quality you receive. I'd also like to add that he's very modestly priced. Each package is different but for me it all worked out perfect, im 22 years old with my own pile of bills and rent and was still able to affordably have him, if I can do it, so can you. I can't thank him enough

Before reaching out to coach Nathan, my fitness background was that I had never stepped foot into a gym before and only had done bodyweight exercises prior. I also have a short Achilles tendon, which slightly limited my ankle movements. After taking a year off from working out, I decided to focus on weight training to gain weight but wanted to learn the proper form for weighted exercises. I decided to get a personal trainer, so I reached out to Nathan after discovering him on Instagram.
In the six months I have spent with Nathan as my coach, I found progress very quickly. Gaining weight was one of my goals, and I accomplished that by putting on 17 pounds (Went from 140 lbs to 157 lbs) in those six months. Ten of those pounds were pure muscle. And Nathan was the architect behind me accomplishing those goals.
Nathan would plan out a workout plan for the month. His workout plans are something that I liked a lot since I knew what I would be doing before coming into the gym. During these training sessions, he showed me the correct forms for all of the exercises and told me what each exercise targeted which muscle group. He paid extra attention to my form when I was doing my exercises to ensure they were proper and fixed my form when it was incorrect.
After each workout, he would ask if I had any questions regarding my health or nutrition/diet. And this is what I also liked about Nathan if you ask him a question and he doesn't know the answer right away, he would research on his own time and come back to answer the question with source in hand, which shows how much he cares about his clients.
Overall, Nathan demonstrates to be a knowledgeable coach, very organized, down-to-earth, and friendly person. After those six months, not only had Nathan given me the knowledge for proper form for numerous weighted workouts, he also helped me gain strength that I never thought I could have achieved. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to either elevate/start their fitness journey.

I've been putting off this review for quite some time.
I am so proud of myself for finally being consistent with my one of many ventures. Difference is this one I've actually stuck to.
During the pandemic, with nothing to do, I decided to get back to being active. I saw a close friends story at a gym. Immediately I wanted to go. In my one hour consultation, I opened up and told Nate my health status. He had a program set it place, not only physically, and healthy but mentally.
Since then, I'm the healthiest and happiest I've been in my entire life.
Since then he's kind of turned into my life coach/ therapist. Everything I've gone through in the last two years. I could not have done it without him.
I have a hard time sharing my darkest moments, but it's safe to say I've healed in the most incredible way.
It's only been a year. I can't wait for year #2!!

I started following Nate on IG after sifting through other personal trainers' profiles. What stood out to me was that he would talk his clients through their workout as he recorded them, he posted multiple clients throughout the day vs just himself, & his profile had a good amount of client progress pics. I'm experienced in working out but Covid set me back months and I felt so out of shape. Nate makes you feel comfortable, he has a genuine, welcoming personality, and he pushes you to become better and better. The program itself that he sets you on is great! 3 months later and I feel so good, mentally and physically. You have to trust the process. He's here for advice on your nutrition as well and pushes you to stay on track both at the gym and at home. I would recommend Nate to anyone - trying to build a booty, trying to lose weight, just trying to get stronger, trying to build muscle, etc. he does it all!

I went to Nate asking him to help me loose weight, after having a baby I felt like I would never be able to have a nice body again but Nate has showed me that everything is possible especially if you set yourself goals to reach. The first few weeks I was very shy to even think on the fact that I was going to be working out for the first time ever but with Nate helping me and pushing me threw every single workout. I went in wanting to see a change and Nate has helped me a lot! He's helped me build my body muscle and helped lost a good amount of pounds of body fat and also had helped me step out of my comfort zone. Nate really takes his clients serious. I recommend anyone that is trying to build muscle or loose weight or even if it's just but healthy to go with Nate, you won't regret it.. that's a promise
